Exam & CareerEnter your profile and the exam's requirements to get an instant eligibility verdict.
The four eligibility checks
The checker runs up to four independent checks based on the exam configuration you enter. Any check you don't configure is skipped — the engine only validates what you specify.
01
Age on cutoff dateYour age as of the exam's cutoff date (not today) must fall within the specified range. Relaxation by category is applied automatically.Too young or too old on the cutoff date, even after relaxation.
02
QualificationWhether you hold the required degree — graduation, senior secondary, or specific specialisation. A minimum percentage may also be required.Required qualification not held, or percentage below the minimum.
03
GenderSome exams are restricted to specific genders. Checked only when the exam config specifies a gender restriction.Your gender is not in the exam's allowed list.
04
Attempt limitWhether you have remaining attempts. Checked only for exams with an official attempt cap (e.g. UPSC CSE).Attempts used equals or exceeds the maximum for your category.
Example — Graduation Required, Candidate Without Degree
Frequently Asked Questions
The Form Eligibility Checker runs eligibility checks against a custom config you enter — it lets you test any exam's requirements by entering the notification data yourself. The Exam Application Checker uses pre-loaded demo configurations for 5 specific exams and additionally checks the application deadline and fee. Use this one for custom exam requirements; use Application Checker for the complete all-in-one check on supported exams.
